I would like to share my recent experience with Scott Walker to prospective clients. Let me begin by saying that I have a particularly difficult room to work with; it’s square and very small. Scott came and absolutely transformed my (very good) system into what is now a phenomenal one. Before, my system sounded like ordinary hi-fi -- like a normal stereo. With his expertise on cabling, hardware & room set-up/treatments, I no longer hear the speakers like I use too….. they have completely disappeared! Now, I only hear the musical event recreated in my room with the most transparent and panoramic soundstage I’ve ever heard. My system now sounds as if the side walls are 6-8ft wider and the front wall sounds as if it’s been pushed back 8-10 ft! It’s absolutely amazing… my wife even commented on how incredible it sounds! I would also like to mention the service I have received from my new dealer…. It’s been terrific. He’s very easy to work with, professional, and really cares about me and my system. Obviously I am absolutely delighted with the sound I’m getting and would highly recommend Scott to any new perspective client.

Just a brief note of thanks to Scott Walker of SWA for all the great sound over the years. Scott has been building my audio systems since 1999 when he recommended my first system. I still have that exact system … only now it serves as my Home theater system. I upgraded my 2 channel a few years back with essentially all new gear. With Scott’s recommendation of Pass Labs, Vandersteen Audio & Synergistic Research cables, I am floored as to the level of resolution I hear in my room. Scott recently upgraded my AC conditioning and room acoustics with products from Synergistic Research and my system took yet another giant leap forward in terms of microdynamics, layering, and a 3D effect which places the musical performances right in my room. Everybody who comes to my home comments on how incredible my system sounds. The Pass Labs gear is real eye candy, the Vandersteens just sing, and the Synergistics’ with all the cool blue lights add a sense of ambience when listening at night. So, kudos to Scott and his dedication to squeezing every ounce of performance out of my gear/room. He has a relentless pursuit of proper system set-up & acoustics which yields me the finest sound I have ever heard.
